Eden Mill

• A distillery, making craft gin, single malt whisky, on the site of an old distillery, Seggie Distillery, that was founded in 1810 and closed after 50 years.
• In 2012 Paul Miller, opened Eden Brewery at the site; after a rebrand, it became Eden Mill.
• Eden Mill released ‘Golf Gin’ in 2015 as a nod to its home city, the renowned home of golf.
• Botanicals are sourced from the local fields, forests and coasts to represent the best of Scotland, applying both modern techniques and traditional methods.

Cairn O'Mohr Fruit Wines

Only 2 miles from Glendoick.

Our fruit wines are all made in the traditional and proper way of fermentation followed by at least a year of maturation. This gives our wines real vinosity and smooth well developed flavours. We started with our core range of five types; Strawberry, Raspberry, Bramble, Elderberry and Oak Leaf, then added the Sparkling Oak & Elder for our own wedding followed by the Sparkling Strawberry for someone else’s wedding.

Seasonal urges drove us to produce a Raspberry/Strawberry blend, the Berry Up, for the Summer, and in the winter the Mulled Elderberry and Berry Christmas.

We also make the odd traditional wine such as Rhubarb and every now and again we’ll create an ‘Experimental’ just to keep things interesting at our end y’ken. We’re still home winemakers at heart.

• The premium sparkling elderflower drink is exceptionally delicious, light and refreshing.
• It has been picking up Great Taste Awards almost every year since 2007.
• The Elderberry drink is a mature soft drink, sweetish, fragrant and a little bit earthy. 

Lindores Abbey Distillery 

After a break of 523 years, spirit is once again flowing from the copper stills at Lindores Abbey Distillery.

With Lindores Abbey’s widely recognised links to the earliest written reference to Scotch Whisky and learning as much as we can from the great Scottish distillers around us, past and present, we are bringing a very modern whisky-making approach to this ancient site.

Abernyte Brewery  Inchture, Perth   Beer

Donnie and Ian started the Abernyte Brewery back in 2016 when hobby brewing got slightly out of hand.

Strongly influenced by Bavarian brewery standards and styles, we use a German-made 500l Braumeister system to run out very small batches of lager and ale.

Distribution is limited to the local area.
