NEVIS CAKES Their bakery is in the shadow of Ben Nevis.

Established in 1980, Nevis Bakery is an award winning family own food production company within the Scottish Craft bakery industry. Producing Traditional Scottish cakes and biscuits, such as Empire Biscuits, Dundee Cake, Caramel Shortcake, Cherry cake just to name a few.

CLOOTIE McTOOT PUDDINGS

A family business based in Abernethy, Perthshire hand making traditional Clootie Puddings. A 'Cloot' is a muslin cloth used to tie up the pudding mix and then the pudding is steamed in the Cloot. The Clootie pudding can be served as a pudding with custard or fried like a fruit slice for breakfast.

JACKIE LUNN SELKIRK BANNOCK

The name is derived from the Scottish Borders town, where the bannock was first introduced. The Selkirk bannock, a rich and buttery leavened tea bread, is one of Scotland's more famous baked goods.

DEANS SHORTBREAD

Our story begins in 1975 at the heart of Helen Dean’s kitchen, in the small town of Huntly, North East Scotland. It was here that Helen first created her delicious traditional shortbread, and her friends and family loved the ‘melt in the mouth’ sensation. Her husband Bill, a Drum Major, thought it was so delicious he decided to use Helen’s baking to help raise funds for the local Huntly pipe band.
Their touring helped spread her shortbread’s fame far and wide, and soon, the aroma of home baking would fill the town as Helen established her own small bakery to meet demand.

CHRYSTALS SHORTBREAD Probably the best shortbread, beside your mums! Handmade, beautifully indulgent, soft and crumbly all butter shortbread.

Chrystal’s Shortbread is a small independent bakery based near Loch Lomond in Argyll, Scotland. It is run by husband and wife Chrystal and Rory Mackinlay.
