Glendoick Hardy Plant Guarantee

Glendoick Garden Centre will credit or replace any hardy plant bought at Glendoick which dies within 2 Years. 

The guarantee is subject to the following conditions:

1.The plant has been correctly planted and cared for. 

2.The plant has not died due to extreme weather: exceptional cold and  frost, wind, drought or floods.

3.Non hardy plants, bedding plants, houseplants are excluded from this guarantee.

4.Proof of purchase is required. Receipt, photograph or Glendoick label. Bring the plant back if possible.

You may need to wait a few days for a response as we may need to contact the nursery which grew/supplied the plant if it was not grown on our own nurseries.

Please note that this plant guarantee is not a legal right, but simply an extra service to our customers. This Guarantee does not affect or alter your statutory rights in any way.
