 Level Access
  • The garden centre is all at ground level with every area accessible. We have:  
    • Disabled parking
    • No steps to the entrance
    • Ramps where ground levels vary within the centre
    • Unisex Accessible Toilets located in the Garden Centre and Cafe
 Hearing
  • All staff have disability awareness training to help accommodate anybody with hearing difficulties
 Visual
  • Glass doors and windows have contrast markings
  • We have low lighting in some parts of the venue
 General
  • All staff have disability awareness training
  • We welcome assistance dogs and can provide water bowls for them. Please ask staff for assistance.
 Emergency Evacuation
  • We have emergency evacuation procedures for disabled visitors.
  • In the case of an evacuation, all customers inside the Garden Centre will be led to safety by a member of the team or by a member of the fire brigade.
